WIZREAL is not a licensed brokerage and does not represent users in any real estate transaction. Listings are sourced from multiple real estate boards and associations across Canada, including but not limited to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV), Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB), Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB), and other participating real estate organizations. All listing data is protected by copyright owned by the respective boards. The information provided is intended for personal, non-commercial use by consumers and should not be used for any other purpose. Users are advised to independently verify all property details. WIZREAL does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of any listing data, and assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions.
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. This includes compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to all users, including buyers, sellers, agents, brokerages, and any individuals or organizations accessing the platform. Real estate professionals are responsible for ensuring their listings are truthful, current, and comply with all applicable real estate advertising and licensing laws.
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from WIZREAL, including service updates and promotional content. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services but grant WIZREAL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content to operate and promote the Services.
Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.
The Services may include links to third-party websites or integrations. WIZREAL is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Use of certain features, including map views, may be subject to additional terms from Google, OpenStreetMap, and other integrated services. By using these features, you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any content made available through the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIZREAL shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use; or damages for personal or property harm resulting from use of the Services.
Examples of excluded claims include:
WIZREAL’s total liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) CAD $100; or (b) the amount you paid to WIZREAL in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, WIZREAL, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you must promptly delete any downloaded or stored content obtained through the Services.

WIZREAL shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, internet outages, government actions, or labor disputes.
All content, design elements, logos, trademarks, software, and materials made available through the Services are the intellectual property of WIZREAL or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Subject to these Terms, WIZREAL grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
hese Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and any linked or referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and WIZREAL. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are drafted in English. Any translated version is provided for convenience only. In the event of a conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
All listing data is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective real estate boards. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with the original data providers. Users may not scrape, aggregate, or republish listing data without express written permission from the originating board.
